Returns and Refund

We hope we have fulfilled your shopping experience and no return is needed but should you need to do a return, here is our policy:

First Step for ALL Returns and Refund

Merchandise returned without an RMA  will not be processed for a refund or exchange.  

Time Frame for Returns

Returns are accepted within 45 days from delivery date. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must first be requested by submitting the link above. Upon approval, return mailing instructions will be emailed to the email address associated with the sale.  Returns are free if shipping was paid by customer or item was received damaged, otherwise, return shipping fee, for change of mind etc., will be charged.

RMA's that were not approved by us.

Items damaged by customer's use (manufacturer default only).  

Cancellation of sale after item was shipped.

Return Address

Returns are not accepted at our public address under no circumstance and will be returned to sender. Only an approved RMA and followed instructions will result in a refund.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Cost

Except for arrived damaged products, there is a 15% restocking fee plus any other fees that were incurred for the shipping of your order. Except for arrived damaged products reported, return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Since all items are warehouse inspected, damage does not include minimal manufacturing damages that can barely be seen by the eye, or damages that cannot be proven to have been received in this manner.

 Arrived Damaged

Our products are inspected for any damages prior to shipping. When packages arrive damaged please contact us immediately to file a free shipping claim if the item is determined, damaged during shipping.    

Order cancellation

In stock orders can be cancelled up to 3 hours of placing the order by emailing cancellation notice with your order number to: TMCart@redemsong.org.  After 3 hours, the order will already be in the shipping status and can only be returned under our return policy.  Orders on back order can be cancelled anytime prior to the shipping of the item. 

 Additional non-refundable terms and items

  • Downloaded Sheet Music and software products
  • Gift cards
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, books or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Blown Speakers
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
  • Tubes, Stylus Needles, Harmonicas, Ear Worn Items, Wood or Plastic Recorders, Mouthpieces, Strings, Reeds or Fog Fluid

Warranty

Products will come with a warranty specific to the brand.  You can purchase a simple quick response additional warranty for our products. This will ensure insuring your product from accidents, spills and faulty manufacturing issues.  It is a great option to protect your investment with a peaceful mind. 

We Do Not Ship to PO Boxes 

We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not take responsibility for missing or damaged merchandise when the physical address of a PO box is used.  Please do not use the physical address of a PO box for delivery. 

Refunds Issuance

Once your return is received with the RMA insert & inspected, we will issue a refund and notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days after merchandise is received.  Once your refund is issued, it may take a few days to show in your payment account, depending on how long your payment institution takes to process on their end.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them once we have completed your refund. All refunds are issued back to the card of payment.  If our store gift card was used, a new card with the refund amount will be issued to you via email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can return an item and then repurchase the item you wish to buy instead if the item is in new condition as received. Exchange must be even to the original sale or more.  All refund rules above, applies to exchanges.  Item is non-exchangeable if it is used, assembled or damaged from use.  

Shipping time frame for exchanged items are same as stated in shipping rules for a new purchases.

Gifts
If the item was sent to you as a gift and you wish to return the item, an RMA request must be submitted and approved and a gift card can be issued to you in place of refunding the credit card of the buyer or the buyers credit card can be issued the refund.  We do not mail checks or refund on cards that were not used in the transaction.

We reserve the right to determine a final decision on any requested return and refund. Products marked noncancelable and or nonreturnable cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
